I like to read anything that tells a good story, duh ;) Genre doesn't really matter much but I tend to read dark fiction and fantasy the most. I skip chick lit and romance novels with a few exceptions for the extraordinary.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (Millennium Trilogy)

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo - Stieg Larsson Not perfect but one of the best [crime thrillers] I've read in the last, oh, 10+ years. The story hooked me from the get-go and Lisbeth, well, she's Lisbeth :) I found myself stopping, flipping back in the pages to see if I could find a hidden clue, and constantly trying to solve the mystery. Lots of fun.Note: There are some pretty graphic scenes of violence/rape but those didn't feel over the top or overdone.P.S. I cannot wait to continue with the next in the trilogy. As soon as they release Hornet's Nest in Trade Paperback (Mr. Publisher, come on already!) I'm going to continue Played with Fire - I had to stop after the first chapter because I knew I couldn't stand the cliffhanger ending people have mentioned. I have zero patience when it comes to waiting for the next or last book in series LOL.
