I like to read anything that tells a good story, duh ;) Genre doesn't really matter much but I tend to read dark fiction and fantasy the most. I skip chick lit and romance novels with a few exceptions for the extraordinary.

My 30-year old sister and 11-year old niece both read this and told me I *had* to read it. Thus I checked it out from the library, not expecting it to blow my mind. Honestly, books like this are why I read. It has everything one could hope for: humor, the creepies, a love story; and yes, I cried. It did for graveyards what James and the Giant Peach did for fruit and insects :D The Graveyard Book is on my 2011 x-mas list.Review of the hardcover edition, which I borrowed from the library. I bought the paperback in December 2011.
